South link mountain line
Southern Cross-Island Highway starts at Haiduan Township and ends at Guanshan Township, connecting southern Taiwan’s eastern and western regions. The wild hot springs located beside the highway is the Liukuo Hot Springs. The water comes from the Sinwulyu Creek and runs into six different pools, filling with different temperatures. The pool closest to the source is the hottest, up to 70-80℃. The water flows through each pool area and gather in one place where the spring is warm enough for a nice foot soak or egg-boiling.
