Home’s Kitchen started out with the name Signature Dish. Naturally, patrons end up asking the owner, “What’s your signature dish?” The owner always replies wittily,, “Whatever your favorite dish is, that’s our signature dish!” The restaurant has been in business since 1997 and has been passed down to the 2nd generation who have inherited Grandma Liu’s passion for cooking for their family. They provide healthy and delicious home-style cooking, work with local farmers to develop dishes that incorporate wild greens, and select top-quality seafood to allow their guests to experience the best of Taitung through the meal. The restaurant offers a wide selection of meats, seafood, soups, and more. It has become a popular destination so we recommend making a reservation especially if you plan on coming on a weekend.
