The simple and humble venues in Chishang Township often surprise visitors. While Hai Tea Time has a small storefront, the delicate meals at a great value never ceases to surprise visitors. The store is called simple cooking, but the food is anything but. They offer a variety of options, from seafood pizza, okonomiyaki, ink risotto, and shrimp cake, to many other exotic delicacies.
