Guanshan Ba-wan is deep-fried, soaked in warm oil, then drained. You don’t need to worry about the ba-wan being greasy at all. The ba-wan comes out crispy on the outside yet fluffy and chewy in the middle. The owner has the frying temperature down to a tee which makes for a refreshing and delicious ba-wan. Each ba-wan is filled to the brim with bamboo and lean meat. The meat is juicy and perfectly seasoned. Enjoy your ba-wan with the savory sauce for a heavenly bite.
