Located on Zhongzheng Road in Taitung City, Lin Jia Dumplings is a budget-friendly local delicacy recommended by many residents. Known for its handmade steamed dumplings, it has even been called Taitung’s version of Din Tai Fung by some visitors. The shop is close to Taitung Seashore Park, making it perfect for a seaside stroll after your meal.
Its signature dish is handmade steamed dumplings, steamed fresh to order. Flavors include pork, shrimp, and pork with vegetables. The dumpling wrappers are thin with a pleasant chew, while the fillings are fresh and juicy. In addition to steamed dumplings, shredded pork and egg fried rice and hot and sour soup are also popular among customers. Side dishes, stir-fried dishes, noodles, and rice dishes are also available, making it suitable for both lunch and dinner.
