Taitung City has many great stinky tofu vendors. Besides Lins, Yulilai, and Jiuyang, the 40 Year Store located in the Taitung Night Market is among the local’s pocket list of stinky tofu. The freshly fried stinky tofu is crispy on the outside and tender on the inside. The tofu is paired with specialty Taiwanese pickled cabbage and savory soy sauce to create a delicious mouthful.
