Mifu Vegetarian Restaurant

There is more to cuisine than enjoying tastes, rather it includes the close connection between the local culture and people. Mifu Vegan Cusine’s owner moved his family from Taipei to settle in Chishang Township. Besides longing to live a simple countryside lifestyle, he also hoped to practice ecological sustainability by running a vegetarian restaurant. For example, vegetables are locally sourced to lower the carbon footprint left on the environment. The dishes offered at the restaurant are full of warmth so that guests can taste the best flavors of nature. No processed ingredients are used, and the soups, curries, and Chinese toon sauces are all handmade. You’ll notice a unique fragrance the minute you enter the restaurant.
